PRESEASON: Another win for Zvezda | Igokea once again beat Oradea | Defeats for Zadar and FMP
ABA League teams had a busy preseason schedule this Friday evening.

Crvena zvezda mts have kept the maximum score in the ongoing preseason as they defeated Russian team Nizhny Novgorod in Belgrade. It was their 1st prep match this summer that was open for public, and the fans of the red & whites could be quite satisfied when they left the gym. With dominant Michael Ojo in the paint (16 points) and with explosive point guard Joe Ragland (11 points) on their side, Crvena zvezda mts have prevailed over Nizhny Novgorod and showed that they are ready for the upcoming 2018 ABA Super Cup.

Igokea have once again defeated Romanian side Oradea in the 2018/19 preseason. Jimmy Gavin shined this evening as he scored 19 points for the winning team, while Sava Lešić made another great performance and finished the match with 17 points.

FMP were defeated by Belgian club Antwerp Giants in a friendly match played in Belgrade. Still, there were some positive things in this defeat, like excellent performance of Stefan Pot who scored 19 points and a pretty good game by young Stefan Đorđević who added 14 points.

Zadar suffered their second defeat at the friendly tournament Pro Stars that is being played in France. This time, the boys coached by Ante Nazor had to lay down their weapons in front of SIG Strasbourg, despite a very good performance of newcomer Mario Little who finished the match with 20 points.
